NeilMed NasaMist Extra Strength Hypertonic Saline Spray 125 mL is a sterile, all‑natural saline spray that delivers a fine, drug‑ and preservative‑free mist to cleanse, soothe, and moisturize nasal passages. Formulated at a 2.7% hypertonic saline concentration—over twice that of isotonic saline—it helps draw fluid from swollen nasal tissues to relieve nasal congestion, sinus pressure, dryness, post‑nasal drip, and nasal irritation due to allergies, colds, flu, or environmental pollutants. Suitable for adults and children aged one year and up (with pediatric caution under six months), it’s safe even during pregnancy and may cause temporary stinging in some users due to its higher salt strength.
