NOW Essential Oil Good Morning Blend is uplifting, energizing, focusing and soothing. A citrus blend with a slightly spicy undertone, this essential oil will be sure to lift your spirits and refresh your mind.

Directions: Add to a diffuser or create your own room spray by adding up to 30 drops to 30 mL of water in a spray bottle. For fragrance purposes. For all other uses, carefully dilute with a carrier oil such as jojoba, grapeseed, olive, or almond oil prior to use. Please consult an essential oil book or other professional reference source for suggested dilution ratios.
