Pure Lab Vitamins’ Magnesium Glycinate has been developed in the compounding lab of a community pharmacy in Ottawa, On. It has been used in its original formula since 2002.

Magnesium bound to the smallest of the 20 amino acids, L-Glycine, can be considered hydrophilic (water soluble) and hydrophobic (fat soluble), due to glycinate’s single hydrogen atom side chain and overall small molecular size. This amphi-philicity is the reason for Mg-glycinate’s high absorbability and fantastic deep tissue availability.
We dug deeper and found it extremely helpful in other magnesium deficiency related conditions like Migraines, Restless Leg Syndrome, Fibromyalgia/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Insomnia, Chronic Constipation and even mild Anxiety Disorders.
