For sinus problems: spray one spray on your wrist and smell from about 4 inches away to help clear nasal passages. The smell will last on your wrist for a few hours, so just smell when needed. Also if you have problems at night or wake up stuffed in the morning put one spray on your pillow at night. For bronchial problems: bronchitis, asthma, pneumonia, put one spray on your chest to help reduce inflammation and help your breathing. For headaches: spray a little on one finger pat it onto the same finger of the other hand, gently massage it into your temples and put one line across your forehead and spray the back of your neck. For jaw or dental problems: do the same as for headaches spray on your finger and rub directly on the painful area on your face. Do not spray directly your face.
