ACET 650 mg Suppositories are rectal suppositories containing 650 mg of acetaminophen, a medication commonly used to relieve mild to moderate pain and reduce fever. This form of administration is particularly beneficial for individuals who cannot take oral medications due to nausea, vomiting, or other gastrointestinal issues. 

Dosage and Administration: The recommended dosage for adults and children aged 12 and over is one suppository (650 mg) inserted rectally every 4 to 6 hours as needed. It is important not to exceed the maximum daily dose of 4,000 mg to avoid potential liver damage. Before insertion, unwrap the suppository, rinse it under water, and then gently insert it into the rectum. 

Precautions: While acetaminophen is generally well-tolerated, it is crucial to adhere to the recommended dosage. Overdose can lead to serious liver damage. Avoid consuming multiple products containing acetaminophen simultaneously, and limit alcohol intake, as it can increase the risk of liver complications.
