Shipping Policy

 

All orders are processed and shipped from Canada to anywhere within the United States.

To make purchases on our website, please follow these steps:

1. Select the product(s) you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart.
   

2. Log in using your username and password. If you are not registered and would like to create an account, use the "My Account" option at the top of the page. You may also complete your purchase as a guest, without registering.
   

3. Once you have reviewed the items in your cart, proceed to checkout by entering your billing and shipping details. Please ensure your billing information is correct if you require an invoice; otherwise, a standard purchase receipt will be issued.
   

4. Choose your preferred payment method.
   

5. Read and confirm that you accept our Terms and Conditions before finalizing your purchase.
   

After completing your purchase, you will see a confirmation screen showing:

• A summary of your order
  

• The selected payment method
  

• The total amount paid
  

You will also receive an email confirmation once your purchase has been approved.

Processing Time

Your order will be processed and shipped within a maximum of one month after the purchase has been confirmed.

Tracking

Once your order is billed, you will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment online.

Shipping Costs

• Metropolitan Area Deliveries (U.S.): Flat-rate shipping cost.
  

• Deliveries to Other U.S. States: Shipping costs will vary based on the quantity, size, and weight of the products. Orders will be shipped via courier services with the option of Cash on Delivery (COD) available in some cases.

Order Delivery

• Home Delivery: We will process and ship your order to the address you provided at checkout.
  

• Pickup at Courier Location: If you choose or request pickup, your order will be delivered to a nearby courier branch. You will be notified when it is ready for collection.
