Returns and Refund Policy

 

At My Safe Care United States is committed to providing high-quality products that meet the highest medical standards. However, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise.

Timeframe for requesting a return or refund:

The customer may request a return or refund of a product within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.

Conditions for return or refund:

Defective products: If the product has a manufacturing defect, My Safe Care United States will replace the product or issue a full refund.
Order error: If an incorrect product has been sent, My Safe Care United States will cover the return shipping costs and send the correct product at no additional cost.
Product Exchange: Returns for product exchange will not be accepted unless the product is defective or was sent in error.

Order Cancellation:

At My Safe Care United States, we understand that unforeseen situations may occur. If you wish to cancel your order in advance, we can process the cancellation, but please note the following:

1. All cancellations are subject to a 6% fee of the total order amount.
2. This fee covers non-refundable payment gateway processing costs (Shopify Payments, PayPal, or others).
3. This amount will be automatically deducted from the total refunded.

Cancellations After Order Has Shipped:

If the order has already been shipped or is in transit, you may request a return after receiving the product. However:

1. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
2. A 6% fee will be applied for administrative and payment processing costs.
3. The customer must cover the cost of returning the product.
4. The refund will be issued once the product is received in its original condition.

Procedure for requesting a return or refund:

1. Notification: The customer must notify My Safe Care United States in writing (email hello@mysafecare.com, letter) within the stated time frame, indicating the order number, the reason for the return and attaching a copy of the invoice.
2. Return of the product: The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition as it was received.
3. Refund: Once the product has been received and verified, My Safe Care United States will issue the refund to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Exceptions:

Customized products: Returns of customized or custom-made products are not accepted.
Opened or used products: Returns of products that have been opened, used or are missing their original packaging will not be accepted.

Manufacturer's warranty:
For products covered by a manufacturer's warranty, the warranty will be handled according to the terms and conditions specified by the manufacturer. My Safe Care United States can assist the customer in the warranty claim process.

Applicable Law:
This policy shall be governed by the laws of United States applicable to the sale of medical products and consumer protection.

Additional Considerations:

Electronic products: Electronic products must be returned with all their accessories, manuals, and in their original packaging to be accepted.
Personal care products: Additional restrictions may apply to personal care products due to hygiene reasons.
Shipping: Clearly specify who bears the return shipping costs in each case.
Contact information: Ensure contact information is up to date and easy to find on the website.
