St. Francis: Herb Farm Echinacea 2+ Kids with Elderberry. An alcohol free version of St.Francis Herb Farm Echinacea 2+ Kids, better tasting than ever with a touch of elderberry juice. Echinacea 2+ Kids with Elderberry harnesses the synergistic healing benefits of Echinacea purpurea and Echinacea angustifolia, two species blended together for optimal bioavailability and anti-infective power. Directions: Children 2-4 years: 1/2 tsp (2.5 mL); Children 5-9 years: 3/4 tsp (3.75 mL); Children and adolescents 10-14 years: 1.5 tsp (7.5 mL); Adults and adolescents 15 and older: 3 tsp (15 mL). These doses should be taken 3 times daily, in a little water or juice, on an empty stomach. Take at the first sign of an infection.
