Robitussin Children’s Cold & Cough Grape Flavor Liquid 100 mL is formulated to relieve dry coughs and nasal congestion in kids aged 6 to under 12. Each 5 mL dose contains 7.5 mg of dextromethorphan hydrobromide (cough suppressant) and 15 mg of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride (nasal decongestant), effectively easing coughs and stuffy noses in a pleasant grape-flavored, sugar-free, alcohol-free syrup. It is non‑drowsy and recommended at 10 mL (2 teaspoons) every 6 to 8 hours as needed, not exceeding 4 doses in 24 hours. Usage beyond 7 days requires medical advice, and it should not be used in children under 6 years or with other cough, cold, antihistamine, or decongestant medications.
